This was a flagship marketing project for Quintiles, a life science consultancy company specializing in clinical research. Quintiles has worked with biopharma in the development or commercialization of the top 30 drugs and nine of the top 10 biologics on the market today. They wanted to showcase their commitment in the field of biopharma clinical research.
The Scientific American Global Media Group, part of NPG, produced Scientific American Pathways. They created a magazine and website covering all aspects of health — from new biotech treatments to changing business models.
250,000 print copies were distributed to a custom list of Scientific American subscribers, NPG subscribers and a selection of health industry leaders. As well as hosting the articles that were included in the printed document, the website included other innovative interactive multimedia features.
